RETURN POLICY

We hope you will love all products you purchase from Salon Bellissima. We cannot process exchanges on opened, unsealed, or used items.
Products that are unused, unopened, and in the state they were delivered can be returned within30 days of delivery. We will refund 100% of the product cost, less applicable discounts, but we do not offer refunds on shipping cost. We regret that we are not able to offer free return shipping, unless it is for a product that you did not order or a product that is damaged or defective. We appreciate your understanding!

Salon Bellissima has designed its websites to minimize the amount of personal information collected and request only the information that is required to ensure that users can effectively participate in the activities and events. No personal information is collected from visitors to this website unless you provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cash and all major credit cards are accepted for payment of services and products.
Gratuities are welcomed in cash only.
We believe our clients should leave feeling beautiful and happy with the haircut and/or color service provided. However, if for any reason a client is dissatisfied, we will gladly adjust their cut or color within 7 days of the original appointment at no additional charge.
All of our scheduled appointments are confirmed via email. When appointments are booked, a credit card is required to hold the time requested. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Appointments not cancelled or re-scheduled before the 24 hour grace period will be charged to the credit card on file.

Salon Bellissima maintains reasonable safeguards to protect Personal Information against loss, unauthorized use, disclosure or destruction and when transferring information for processing. Salon Bellissima restricts authorized access to your personal information to those persons who have a legitimate purpose to know that information to provide products or services to you and those persons you have authorized to have access to such information.
